Patients & Visitors

A variety of concierge services are available to you when you're on our campuses in Concord, Laconia, or Franklin as a patient or visitor. These services, provided by our Hospitality Services Department, vary by location. Services range from directions, information, and personal escorts to business services and assistance with lodging and transportation. To access the services, visit an information desk in the lobbies of our hospitals and medical office buildings.

3rd Floor Visitor Lobby: Weekdays, 6:30 am – 7 pm
Weekends & Holidays, 6:45 am – 7 pm
Ground Floor Main Entrance Lobby: Weekdays, 5:30 am – 6 pm
Closed Weekends & Holidays
Memorial Medical Office Building (East & West Wings): Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm

Laconia

Main Entrance Lobby: Weekdays and Weekends 7 am - 7 pm

Franklin

Main Entrance Lobby: Weekdays 7 am - 7 pm
Weekends 8 am - 7 pm

Personal Visits

If, for some reason, you're unable to visit your loved one in the Hospital, one of our Hospitality Services Associates or a volunteer will happily make a visit upon request.

Business Services

Hospitality Services associates may assist patients or family members with personal business needs, such as arranging the use of a loaner laptop and faxing and copying vital and needed documents.

Directions, Information & Personal Escorts

Hospitality Services associates stationed at information desks in the lobbies are able to provide directions, patient room numbers, and other hospital-related information. Hospitality Services associates and volunteers are also available to provide wheelchair assistance or a personal escort as needed.
